Information you choose to share.
PTSA forms may collect your name, email, optional phone number, volunteer choices, donation details, or item donation information. We use these details to coordinate the activity you requested and maintain PTSA records.
Private information stays private.
Volunteer and donor contact details, internal records, receipts, and subscriber lists are available only to authorized board members with the appropriate role. We do not create public student profiles or collect background-check reports, Social Security numbers, or credit-card details.
Payments and outside services.
Membership uses the official Givebacks platform. Spirit wear is purchased through BSN. Donations and wreath sales use Zeffy checkout forms. Card information is entered with Zeffy; the PTSA may retain the buyer’s contact details and payment reference for accounting and fulfillment. Each external service has its own privacy practices.
Auction item procurement is managed in Airtable as well as the PTSA website. Donor contacts and internal notes remain available only to the authorized fundraising team; catalog details require publication approval.
Cookies and verification.
Board sign-in uses authentication cookies. Public forms use Cloudflare Turnstile for spam prevention. The website does not use advertising trackers or create behavioral profiles of children.
Anonymous website activity.
We count broad actions such as opening membership, volunteering, fundraising, and store links. The activity report stores only a daily action count, kept for up to one year. It does not store names, visitor IDs, page URLs, search terms, or form contents, and it respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Security systems separately process request information to prevent abuse. Counts are approximate and do not identify individual people.
Email choices.
PTSA updates require consent and email confirmation. You can unsubscribe using the link in an update. Activity confirmations are used to coordinate a signup or payment you requested.
Questions, corrections, or removal requests.
Contact friscoptsa@gmail.com. Some records may need to be retained for PTSA administration or accounting. Please do not send sensitive student or screening information through PTSA forms.
